Terms of Service

YARROW is a software interface: it displays public market data, public blockchain data, and educational tooling (including simulated "practice" positions), and it lets you authenticate with a self-custodied wallet.

YARROW is not a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, custodian, money transmitter, or financial institution. The Platform does not hold funds or private keys, does not execute brokerage orders, does not provide investment advice, and does not intermediate transactions between you and any market. Any on-chain transaction you make is made by you, with your own wallet, at your own direction and risk.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use the Platform. You may not use the Platform if you are subject to sanctions or located in a comprehensively sanctioned territory, or where such use is unlawful. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

Signing in requires proving control of a wallet address by signing a message. You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys, and every action taken from your address. YARROW can never recover keys or reverse wallet actions. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or legal requirement.

Market data shown on the Platform comes from public feeds, may be delayed or inaccurate, and is provided for information only — never as a quotation or basis for real transactions. Practice positions are simulations marked against public data: they involve no real assets, custody, or execution, and their results do not predict real trading outcomes.

The Platform reads from and links to third-party infrastructure — including Robinhood Chain, its RPC endpoints and block explorer, launchpads, DEXs, and data providers. YARROW does not control and is not responsible for any of them. YARROW is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc.

You agree not to: attack, probe, overload, or circumvent the Platform's security or rate limits; scrape at abusive volume; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, fraud, or sanctions evasion; or misrepresent your affiliation with YARROW.

The Platform's design, artwork, text, and code are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy the YARROW brand or artwork without permission. Third-party marks — including "Robinhood" and "MetaMask" — belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the relevant services.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YARROW and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the minimum the law allows, whichever is greater.

Any interaction with the $YARROW meme token is additionally governed by the Meme Token Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions about these Terms can be raised through the project's public repository.
